Scripture reading: Romans 11:13-15 & 25-31

In Romans 11 Paul is talking to the natural Jew and he is talking about the natural Gentile. He is telling of the destiny of the Jew and the Gentile. The Jew was cast away by God because He wanted to bring in the harvest of the Gentile. When the harvest of the Gentile comes in, then He is going to again bring in the Jew. God is going to use the Gentile church, THE CHURCH, to deliver the Jewish people from the sin of unbelief into which they have fallen. They are going to have some very convincing arguments from God through the church. Scripture says that through the church the manifold wisdom of God will be preached to principalities and powers, and, of course, to the Jews. See Ephesians 3:9-10.

Revelation 11:2 tells us that for “forty and two months” Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles. We are talking about the Jerusalem of God, not just the natural Jerusalem. Natural Jerusalem is going to be attacked and trodden down and spiritual Jerusalem (the outer court of the church) will be totally destroyed. “Forty and two months” is three and a half years. Other scriptures tell us what is going to happen in these three and a half years. Let us first look at the verse below.

Revelation 11:3, “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.”

During the time when the outer court is being trampled under foot, the holy of holies is going to be riding high and really battling the enemy. “I will give power unto my two witnesses Take that picture. One part of the church is being trampled, and the other part they cannot touch, they are afraid of them. We will see also, as we go on further in the study, that there is yet another part that is going to be protected and not touched at all. THREE PARTS – one part will protect the other, and the outer court, which is indefensible, will be trodden down by the enemy.

Daniel 7:21 and 22, “I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints (this horn is the antichrist), and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.”

Further light comes on this subject in verse 25. “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time” (until this three and a half years). This is the time when the saints will get power and begin to show forth their authority. They will not have the final victory over the enemy until the end of the three and a half years. One part of the church will be suffering during the three and a half years, the other part will be a fighting church overcoming the enemy, and the other part will be a hiding church being preserved and hidden from the enemy. This all depends on the power that this section of the church has.

The outer court people will have no power against what Satan is going to throw against them, because they have not been submitted to Christ. The holy place people will have the power, but they will have the power to escape and to be hidden and preserved. The holy of holies people will have the power to stand before the enemy and drive him from them, until finally they gain the victory over the enemy, over Satan and his hosts, and the world and all their technology, after three and a half years.

Thought for today: Let us strive to be part of the Church that cannot be touched and is overcoming the enemy.

Scripture reading: Matthew 20:25-28

When John the Baptist came on the scene, he started baptizing in the river Jordan. It was a new dispensation. If you were good in the previous dispensation, in this dispensation you would be just a child. Isn’t that what Jesus said? He said that the smallest child in this dispensation would be greater than the greatest prophet (Luke 7:28). Nevertheless, that dispensation (“the dispensation of Christ”) passed and now we have been in a different dispensation (“the dispensation of the fullness”). You cannot look back and begin to live like those in that dispensation over there in the past. You have to be up to mark with the dispensation in which we now live.

Let me read the changing of the dispensation for you. Matthew 25:6, “And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.”

We are talking about this dispensation and then another dispensation coming in. When we look at “the dispensation of Christ” and what happened during this dispensation, we see great miracles and wonderful things happening. People were being saved, born-again, delivered, and so and so and so. You have also seen what has happened in these past 2000 years.

But we have now gone into another dispensation (“the dispensation of the fullness”) and the age of the church is finished. Wake up now. God said in His Word that you should not have a “hierarchical church.” That means having a one-man ruler in the congregation (a big Christian and little Christians). You should not have laity and clergy. You know the Word of God. Amen. The idea of having laity and clergy is alien to the true doctrine of Christ (see Matthew 23:8-11; 20:25-26). But the whole system of the church today was built upon having laity and clergy; it is the clergy that must minister to (rule over) the people. One man even came up with a message and claiming that he got it from God saying that we now have what is called a “husband ministry.” As a result of that, the ministers began to look at the church as their “wife” and ministering “themselves” unto the church. You see, when a man ministers to his wife, she brings forth a child that looks like him. Amen! Therefore, in this same church, God smote them with adultery. Are you with me? God allowed them to be smitten with adultery. In one little congregation there were fifteen people swapping wives and husbands! So then, because of the falseness of their doctrine, they went wrong. Once you get the Word of God wrong, your life gets wrong. God smote them with adultery, and eventually He smote them with death. They had several plane crashes in that little group of people and many deaths.

Now, the dispensation of the church age has therefore already come to an end. If you doubt it, go into one of the churches Sunday morning; go into the one that you think is the best church in your area, and let God teach you. You will see that what is going on there has no place in a church. But, you see, God told us beforehand in Matthew 24. Let us look at it. Matthew 24:15-16, “When ye therefore shall see the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains.

What is this saying? It is saying that the “Holy Place” church is going to be destroyed. I am not talking about the “Outer Court” church. I am not talking about the denominational people. I am talking about those who have fled from the denominations, have begun to walk in the principles of God and have begun to have the manifestations of the Holy Spirit within their midst, within their souls, and their lives. This scripture says that this is the church that is going to get the antichrist standing up in the midst.

Scripture reading: Genesis 3:14, 19

Have you ever thought about the destiny of the Holy Place church? Do you know the destiny of the church in the Holy Place? One part of the answer is to enter into Christ. But the other part is to be taken by the anti-Christ. The abomination of destruction is in our midst! Isn’t that weird? The abomination that is going to destroy the world is in the midst of the Holy Place church. This is where the devil wants his seat! These are the people who the devil really wants to rule and reign over! Why? Because this is where he gets the most power! The energy that you have in God is great.

I come in the meeting and sit down. When we start to sing, I can very often feel the energy of God in our midst. This is what the devil wants to feed on! He feeds on energy! God will not give him any, but he gets it from man. This is a master plan! Sometimes you feel that God has really done us badly because he let the devil go on us. But, God ordained that the devil should feed on man. You are devil food! Did you know that? Oh, yes! You are devil food! Remember now, he is after you to eat you. The Bible said, he goeth about seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). The Bible says that God said to the devil, “Dust shalt thou eat!” Yes! Dust shalt thou eat. Then in the verse below, He calls you the dust. The scriptures I am quoting from are in Genesis chapter 3, “Dust shalt thou eat,” and then in verse 19 he said, “Thou art dust” to Adam! It means to say that God gave Adam the dominion and the power over everything that moves within this realm. But when Adam lost the dominion and power, who got it? The devil. All you see the devil doing, it is our power he is using. So you can imagine how powerful we will be when we take that away from him!

Now, the master plan I was talking about. God said the devil must feed on you. You are the devil’s food. So then, who has the control of the devil? We do! We can starve him out! Starve him out! This is exactly what God is teaching us to do. Don’t let the devil feed on you and don’t let him feed on your brother! Keep praying for every sinner you see out there! Deliver them from the devil so that the devil cannot feed on them. The devil will have to get mad and leave your place! Oh yes. If you begin to stir up enough spiritual energy in the place where you live, the devil will not be able to function! Amen! Praise be to God!

Let me give you an example a little on the reverse side. Some of you may know Andrae Crouch, the Christian singer. He used to have his ladies dressed in black, and they would sing so called Christian music with heavy metal beat. One time he went to Africa with his heavy beat, thinking that Africans love it. During the concert, a man rushed out of the crowd upon the platform and cried, “Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!” He was the sorcerer of that area. He said, “You are calling all my spirits away from me! I can’t get anything done!” That was a blessing to Andrae Crouch. He is not going to do the heavy beat anymore, because, you see, the devils feed on that. So when you see all people dancing, carrying on with the beat, it is the devil they are feeding. All their energy is going to the devil! They are feeding devils.

God, therefore, ordained this so that we will have the handle, and we will use our handle to stop Satan from functioning in our midst altogether!
