Princes Fighting Against Us

Scripture reading: Ephesians 6:12

When you look at Ephesians 6:12, you will see the word “principality.” This word is made out of two words: “princi,” which means “prince,” and “pality,” which means “kingdom.” The people who fight with the prince are his “pality;” the spirits also that go along with him are his “pality.” So when a prince comes to you, he has strength behind him. He has his whole “pality” behind him! A rulership!

So then, these princes are going to come against you, against the church. You need to understand that in this hour many princes are fighting against us. You can look at some churches and see that they are completely taken over by a prince that rules them. You can tell by certain things that rule in their midst. Amen! Then you look at another church and see another prince ruling. Some churches are ruled by a “carnal” spirit (see 1 Corinthians 3:3), and the carnal spirit just takes everybody. Once you become a member of that church, you come under the influence. Why? It is because when a person ministers to you, he ministers to you himself. He ministers to you what is of him. The Spirit of God coming through him is like water pouring through a pipe that has some dye in it; the water comes out colored with the dye. This is one of the reasons you should not give your children to the world to teach them, because every time they go to a carnal teacher, they receive not only mathematics, but also carnality. Whatever belongs to the person, whatever is wrong with the person, the child receives it. I have known homosexual teachers that have taught children, and the children came out to be homosexuals without the teacher telling them to be homosexuals—because it is a spirit!

We are ministering on a different plane from the natural. Jesus said, “…the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are LIFE” (John 6:63). Some words that people speak, they are spirit and they are DEATH! I do not know if someone has ever spoken a word to you that strikes you so hard that it brings sadness, pain, or anger to you. Now, you have to be able to resist that! Somebody should be able to tell you the worst thing in the world and it does not hit you inside because you have a guard up in the spirit. Amen! If you knew why the person was coming against you, then you would say, “Oh, I know what it is! It is a spirit! I can see the spirit.” Look in his eyes while he is speaking, and you will see the spirit. Yes! Sometimes he tries to disguise it and cover up, but look and see the spirit coming through him at you! That spirit wants to hurt you. And you get hurt and say, “Oh boy, I will NEVER do that again! I will have nothing more to do with this fellow!” Guess what? That is what the spirit ministered to you! You are doing just what that spirit wanted you to do.

Somebody comes and says, “You are a dog!” You know that you are not a dog, therefore you should turn it back and say, “God, have mercy upon him. He called me a dog. That means he is speaking from another spirit.”

Once I was in a service. A sister got up, and said, “Stand, Brother duCille!” I stood up and she said to everybody, “This man is living in adultery!” I said, “Praise God! I am clean!” Amen! The idea is, I did not have it against the sister. I love her dearly. But another spirit had taken hold of her and God allowed her to come against me because He knew I could help her. The moment I rebuked the spirit, she got deliverance. But I did not get up and say, “Oh, you are a liar, you so and so!” That is stupid! That is exactly what the spirit wants you to do! The sister is not the liar. She is just weak and has been taken over by another spirit; and all you have to do is to quietly come against the spirit and save the person out of this principality.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).

Looking at the Real Thing

Scripture reading: Ephesians 6:12

When you look at Ephesians 6:12, you understand that it is a deception when you believe that another man is against you. Look well, and you will see who is really against you. It is a spirit that is motivating the man, and the man is maybe one percent of what you are seeing. You see, most of the people that you see around you, I call them “artificial people.” You see a man coming along, strutting, swaggering—you do not really know what is in his mind. Maybe he is putting that on to deceive you, to make you see a bold, brave man when there is but a little whimpering kid inside. You see? So we wrestle not against “FLESH AND BLOOD.” Take your eyes off the things that you can see. The Bible says Jesus did not go by the seeing of the eyes or by the hearing of His ears (Isaiah 11:3). He was looking at the real thing.

Those of you who believe that somebody is against you, it is the first error that you are making towards that person. You should go to that person and do everything possible to win the person. Humble yourself to win the person, because you know that though that person might kill you, he is not against you. Your real enemy is the spirit that has the person in bondage, and he is his enemy and he is your enemy. We do not have human enemies! I mean, that sounds very peculiar compared to what is happening around now. You know, men are going around trying to kill, and these are men who are just murderers. They are not our enemies. The spirits that drive them are our enemies. Guess why God let them loose on you? Why would God let loose a spirit on you? It is because He has given you the power to CONTROL them!

I was walking in Miami one day. I walked into a wrong area and somebody didn’t like it. He brought out his dog, a Doberman Pinscher. He commanded the dog to attack me. The dog came bounding towards me. I looked at him and said, “I REBUKE you in the name of Jesus!” The dog pulled back and that man was so shocked! He opened his eyes wide and looked. It was not the dog that was hit but it was the spirit that they had put in the dog to attack me!

So you must realize that we are living in a spiritual realm! Our realm here is the lowest. Let me say it again: the realm we are on is the lowest frequency. There is another frequency up here a little higher, where some other spirits are. Above them there are other spirits higher, and there are other spirits even higher above them! Amen! If you walk with the Lord, you will overcome in the area that God has given you. If you get out of your area you are in trouble, for you are going to meet spirits that are stronger.

Remember, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Thought for today: Take your eyes off the things that you can see. As Jesus did not go by the seeing of His eyes or by the hearing of His ears, allow the Lord to train you to look at the real thing.

Kings and Priests

Scripture reading: Revelation 5:9-10

The scripture verse found in Revelation 5:10 says, “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.”

Hallelujah! It talks about us being “made…kings and priests.” God has selected from the earth an Elect Company, which He has exalted to His throne to rule and reign with Him. Therefore, they are kings, but they are priests, because they will be mediating between God and the world.

“We shall reign on the earth.” Bless be to God. Many people are talking about flying away and being up in the sky. I have not seen anything in my Bible that indicates such a situation is truth. “We shall reign on the earth” with Christ Jesus, not because we are good or better, but because we believe this word. God is calling at this time and choosing His Elect from the earth.

You ask about the condition. The first condition is that we shall reign as flesh and blood people. We will have the fullness of Christ as flesh and blood people. We shall also be with Christ in another dimension. That is, we will be changed from FLESH AND BLOOD humans to FLESH AND BONE humans, the type of flesh and bone that Jesus had after His resurrection, when He could walk freely through heaven and earth. There were no barriers anywhere. We are coming into that perfection. This is the PLAN OF GOD for us.

In All Thy Ways Acknowledge Him – Part 2

Scripture reading: Proverbs 3:6

God has assigned us to a partnership with Him through the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son. By the Spirit and the Word, He makes each part of the Contract clear; His part, as also our part. When Paul sought the Lord regarding his thorn in the flesh, God’s reply was, “My grace is sufficient.” Paul had this responsibility by the grace of our Lord and Saviour, through the effectual working of the Spirit in him, to have the victory over that thorn. He must have really fought a good fight, as he said, seeing it was not the thorn in the flesh that ended his physical life, but some of the rulers of this world.

“The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against His anointed,” Psalm 2:2. History repeats itself.

Our only hope and protection is hiding in the Rock, and dwelling in the Secret Place of the Most High. It demands a daily commitment to His PERFECT WILL for each individual. What man of war goes into battle on his own dictates? He would be a fool, and would die like Abner. Man in himself is no match for the enemy, for it is a battle against a very high intelligence: against principalities and powers, not flesh and blood. See Ephesians 6:12.

Therefore it takes “…being endued with power from on high,” baptized in the Spirit of God, and complete obedience to the CAPTAIN AND SOLE COMMANDER, who is our Lord Jesus Christ (CAPTAIN OF THE HOST) and Lord of All. He sees and knows each battle from beginning to end. Yes, the infinite God knows each person’s battle from beginning to end; that is why we must trust Him – He is our VICTORY. We must acknowledge God in all our ways. In nothing can we be our own MAN or WOMAN, and do our own thing whenever we feel like it. Our behavior, our speech, our attitudes can arrest the flow of God’s blessings, and cause us to forfeit our heritage in Christ.

Oh, how many times we are caught in being careless or impatient, acting out of the will of God, and are caught in the snare. The price is pain, regret, remorse. “Oh, what needless pains we bear, all because WE DO NOT CARRY EVERYTHING TO GOD IN PRAYER.” “Wait upon the Lord – wait, I say, upon the Lord.” Good things come to those who wait.

For instance: it might be good and proper for one to buy a house, car, horse, property or anything, even choosing a partner in marriage or business, etc., but God wants us to realize that there is a special one of any or all of these; that God with His love and foreknowledge would choose for you – the special individual that we are to Him. Our knowledge is limited, therefore, we must always bear in mind that our CAPTAIN who is ALL WISE, ALL KNOWING, is the perfect consultant whose ears are always open; His doors never close; He just sits waiting, looking and listening for His children to ask so “it can be given.” Of course, we should not ask:

  1. To heap upon our lusts
  2. Amiss
  3. Wavering.

Times without number, Jesus testifies of His union with the Father, showing how absolutely necessary it is for total submission to the Father’s will. John 8:14-18 gives the working arrangement with Jesus and the Father. Although the Father has given to the Son ALL POWER for deliverance and judgment, yet He did nothing but the Father’s will. In healing and miracles, etc. “My Father… and I work;” in judgment, “I judge no man… yet my judgment is true.”

Seeing that Jesus, the Son of God, found it necessary to acknowledge the Father in all things, thus fulfilling His perfect will for Him, how about us? All power is given unto us through Jesus; as He was, so are we to be in all obedience and humility, that we might also find our place in His purpose for His creation.

In order to walk safely and securely, (to) be blessed in Him and be a blessing, there is the need to be found in Him; not having our own righteousness, but the righteousness which is of the Father. This righteousness will desire, seek after, long for and be satisfied with nothing but the Father’s perfect will.

Each new day brings its new demands of new experiences in our Christian walk. Our Heavenly Father has given the Holy Spirit with the necessary tools to fight our battles, but although He knows the order of the battle completely, He cannot breach our free will. He tells us in His Word to trust Him each day that He might be in control through the Spirit. “IN ALL THY WAYS (and through all thy day) ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, AND HE SHALL DIRECT THY PATHS,” Proverbs 3:6. The power and glory of heaven is made available to us through Jesus Christ, but if the whole world of wealth is made available to one man, woman or child, and he or she does not choose to effect that claim, it becomes useless to such a one.

We are encouraged to appreciate and appropriate that which was lost in the first Adam, but restored in the Second Adam, Jesus Christ, to bring us into eternal victory. God uses every method to awaken us to the consciousness of who we are, where we are and what we ought to be. He allows us to go ahead and do things we desire so badly – which are not His perfect will – knowing that the circumstances will teach us the bitter lessons of what it means to move out of the will of God. Happy are we if we learn the lessons through one or two experiences. It is very sad when our own attitudes rob us of being able to glean from our experiences the lessons God intends that we embrace, seeing that the sole purpose and intention of His dealing with us is to bring us into union and communion with Him, that we might walk as wise men.
