Are You Ready???

Praise the Lord. We thank God for His blessings which have been with us all week. We did the taping (Eschatology Series), and it was harder than preaching in Nigeria! We had a meeting in Nigeria recently, and we started in the morning and we had five hours of preaching and I never felt tired. It was just a continuous flow and the grace of God was coming through. But when we were taping we had to stop every hour and it’s like something running you down, and when you stop, it catches up with you! I tell you, I felt my shoulders hurt. Praise God, but we got twelve hours done. Twelve tapes. Twelve hours of teaching. We were careful not to talk anything about the Pope. We skirted around it, but we figured that this tape is going to go far and wide.

It seemed that last night I was dreaming about persecution. We were kind of hiding. I think that the tape is going to open up a lot of things. It is not possible to teach the Bible in the present world which we are, unless you make up your mind to get persecuted. What was happening here was that we came upon a word about homosexuality. You know, the Bible is so strong against homosexuality. Recently, some scientists or doctors came out with a study that they had been doing for many years, I think they said 15 years. They discovered that homosexuals could be rehabilitated, that they were not born homosexuals. Of course, the discovery was something that we knew long ago. They had two hundred converted homosexuals who testified, and who definitely were delivered because they were married and living a normal life. Of course, the homosexual caucus, I don’t know what they call themselves, the gay something or other, they came down heavily on them. “Oh, it’s those Christians. Don’t you see that every one of them that testified about being delivered are those who are Christians?” And you better believe it, that God is in the deliverance business. Nobody can be delivered from things like that unless it is God. The reason is that it is a spirit that has taken over people and it has so taken this society in which we live, that if you preach against it you are in trouble. Anybody who preaches against it is in trouble. Now if God teaches you, there is no way you can say anything else. If I go to Bible school, I could say, “Matthew Henry says so-and-so-and-so. Then so-and-so says so-and-so,” and I have a way of getting away, because all of these doctrines come against each other. But if the Lord teaches you, you have nothing, no where else to go. You cannot say that maybe it was so and modern age has changed and we have to approach the gospel from a different realm. Now, when you are like me, they call you a “right-wing bigot.” We are all bigoted people. We are begotten of course, so we become bigots. We are bigots because we will not submit to the modern thought that things like homosexuality are all right.

One poor brother, I won’t call his name, although you know him very well, went to New York, and he preached and he said, “If Mother Theresa doesn’t accept Jesus, repent of her sins, and get the Blood of Jesus she will go to hell!” He said, “If the Pope…” They cut the television program! And they took him off all the programs in New York. Of course, afterwards, he was disgraced and he himself fell. Personally I believe, he was taken by demons and he couldn’t help himself. So if you’re going to fight, brother, make sure you’re armed.

I didn’t do it. I don’t think Dubuque did it either, but we found ourselves in a place where we are making a tape to go out on cable. This thing is going to go far and wide, and we are going to get zapped! Are you ready? If you are not ready, you should back out NOW! Just say, “I’m not one of them! NOT ME,” you know what I mean, because we are all going to get hit, whether we are innocent or guilty. I mean innocent of righteousness, or guilty, we are going to get hit, and we as a people, we will have to stand or we will be swept away! Amen. Last night I seemed to be dreaming about this, you know. I heard them talking that somebody did so-and-so and somebody is guilty. Mavis and I were there, and we heard and we knew that we were the people, but they didn’t know who we were. We got away, and spent the rest of the night running. Amen. It’s like when we went to Nigeria, I had a vision. We were fighting against this massive spirit they call “Mammy-water.” Everybody worships this spirit and everybody is afraid of this spirit. No matter what they tell you, they are afraid of this spirit because the type of manifestation that happens in Nigeria wouldn’t happen here. I mean, a spirit came to a classroom, right before all the children, just “poof,” showed herself with her fishtail and everything. The kids just spooked; I mean they got crazy and jumped through the windows. Nine died. The police and the soldiers had to take charge of the campus. Fear was in the whole of that city. That sort of thing wouldn’t happen here, you know. But the point is that when we went against this spirit, some of the brethren were afraid. Oh, yes. Some of the brethren actually gave us up as dead. They sent a message to us and everything and tried to intimidate us. You know what happens when you try to intimidate someone who can’t be intimidated? We just get worse. But God had to intervene to put that spirit down, and to put down the workers of iniquity and to show them that God is Lord, Almighty God. Now, we come to church, we sing these beautiful songs, we say, “Jesus is Lord” and all that sort of thing. Then the devil goes to God and says, “Let them prove it! Let them prove it!” He tries to hit you and I think a lot of the blows we are receiving are because we have been very bold about what we believe and we are yet going to receive these blows.

We are heading into a period of judgment. The world is heading into judgment. The peculiar thing about judgment is that God is not going to say, “Well, I won’t judge you because you’re a nice fellow and you accepted the Blood of Jesus Christ.” He is going to let loose the judgment and because of what you have, you will be vindicated, and liberated, and delivered. You see what I mean? So let’s turn our Bibles to Revelation, chapter 14. I’m going to read more of the chapter, but I want you to notice something here. Verse 15 says, And another angel came… Verse 17 says, And another angel came… That’s two, huh? Verse 18 says, And another angel came… Verse 19 says, And another angel came out from the altar… Amen. I just want you to notice that before we start. As a matter of fact, if you notice, it starts at chapter 14, verse 6, And I saw another angel… and come down to verse 8, And there followed another angel. Now, these seven angels were bringing seven different dimensions of judgment. We’ll talk about that. Verse 9, And the third angel followed them, saying, with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: Now, we are talking here then about a sin that a set of people will come to a point where they cannot be saved. I don’t know if you notice that. Let’s look at what He says here. He said, …with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God. Now, it means if you worship the beast you cannot be saved. If you worship him to the point where you receive the mark in your hand or in your forehead, you cannot be saved. Now, we, in this last taping of the thing, the making of the twelve tapes, twelve hours, one of the chief points that was pressed and pressed and pressed was the fact that we are in a position where God is bringing the whole world to a point where we must be either on one side or on the other side. “If any man will take the mark of the beast in his hand or in his forehead.” We were impressing the three-dimensional word, the natural Word, the spiritual Word, and the fullness of that Word. Now here, we are talking about the physical; if you take the mark in your hand or in your forehead, you are lost. Now, in the natural, the way you understand your Word, the scripture of God, is that if you apply it in the natural, and it cannot work in the natural, then you take it to the spiritual. You follow me? In other words, there are some things that are in the Bible that are natural. How do you know what is natural from what is spiritual? What must be naturally interpreted from what must be spiritually interpreted? The way you know is to apply it naturally. Amen? Apply it naturally and if it doesn’t work, if it doesn’t seem to be able to work fully through, you try it spiritually because the Word of God is really a spiritual Word. God gives you a natural thing and because we are human beings, He must speak to us naturally, so that we can visualize, or understand what He is talking about. Then we apply it spiritually, but if you don’t understand it naturally, you won’t understand it spiritually. Amen.

Now, in Egypt, God said to Moses, “Take the blood, put it over the lintel of the door, so that anybody going through that door must pass under the blood. Put it on the sides, so that he can’t come in sideways” (Exodus 12:7). So you have the doorpost and the lintel. Now, in the spiritual, what is God talking about? If you are the natural temple, you are a natural temple of God, then your lintel would be your forehead, and your doorposts would be your body, marked down. So God is saying that your mind must be marked with the Blood, and your body must be marked with the Blood. You see? It is so simple if you just follow the rules. Natural, spiritual, fullness.

Now, here we have a word that says, “If you are marked in your forehead or in your hands,” that sounds to me like doorpost and lintel. If your doorpost is marked by the Blood, it cannot be marked by the anti-Christ, or the beast. If your lintel is marked, God wants your mind to be filled with Christ, so that your mind cannot be filled with the devil. If someone comes to me and says, “Oh, I wonder if I have committed the unpardonable sin? I wonder if I’m lost?” If you’re wondering if you’re lost, you’re not lost! The man who is wondering if he’s lost is worried about his condition. The man who is lost isn’t worried about his condition! He’s happy-go-lucky, he’s all right! So we see God doing something in our midst. The mark of the beast is being applied at this moment. What is it? It is that worldliness, that world thought, you know, the whole mass of modern man, the way they think, the way they approach things. We talk about homosexuality and all like that and how in the minds of the people, if you say a man is lost because he’s a homosexual, you’re a bigot. You see? It is a mindset. It is something that the enemy is ministering to the people. He is marking their mind! But if your mind is already marked, he can’t mark. The enemy cannot approach it. Amen. He can’t approach it, because there is a light shining from your mind that will repulse every devil that will come to minister death. So, what God is saying is that those who take death in their mind are lost! They are lost and they cannot be saved and those whose bodies are marked with the satanic mark, then they do not have the mark of the Blood. But on the converse, if you have the mark of the Blood, you cannot be marked by the devil. Amen. Hallelujah.

So, even the children, keep repeating the Word of God to the children. If somebody says that the child is this, or he can’t be controlled, or the child is this and that and the other, get the Word of God into that little mind! He won’t be able to submit to the devil. We have not been getting the Word of God into the children’s minds and it becomes so very important now that the world is taking ahold of our children. We are putting our children into the hands of the world and asking them to come and rejoice in the congregation when we sing! If all week a child is under a devil, how come Sunday morning you expect him to manifest Christ? Hallelujah. You go to school, you want your degree, you study. You study because you want your degree! You get it into your mind so that you will be able to function according to what profession or trade that you are learning, and yet you do not realize that this thing is a battle for your soul! It is a battle for your mind! It’s a battle for the minds of your children! Amen. If you mark him, mark him well in Jesus Christ. He can’t get away from it! He rebels and he fights and tries to get away, and he goes out there and God knocks him down and brings him home. You cannot expect to get sweet water out of a bitter fountain.

Yes, receive his mark on his forehead or in his hand. So, people are there, the carnal man is there questioning, “Oh, they have a mark now that they give you. Your hand is put like this and you just swipe your hand, and the machine picks you up like this.” You go through the check point, whatever it is, and once you have that mark you’re all right, and so-and-so. Many Christians are even afraid of credit cards. They have a smart card and the joke about it all is that they give you a smart card and one day they’ll activate that smart card to tell them wherever you are. I’m traveling from Florida to here with my cell phone in my pocket, and I look at the cell phone, and the cell phone changs the time so that I have Chicago time. Amen. Who knows I am here? They know! But, no matter how they mark me, they won’t get me into hell! They can’t mark me into hell! You see what I mean? It’s got to be something else more than that natural mark that they are putting on people and I do believe that the mark of the beast is a privilege that they are going to give only the privileged people, people who they are sure of, people whose minds and hearts belong to them.

I remember in times past, you used to think of politics as a necessary evil, that politicians were all playing together, but it’s different now. It’s cut-throat now. I wouldn’t be surprised if they started killing people to get the majority. You know, I would not be surprised if they start killing people, because it has gotten to such a point, a cut-throat point, that there is no longer any mercy to gain power.

It said, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name, Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus (Revelation 14:10-12).

The truth is that it’s impossible for us to consider what forever is. Forever is difficult to consider. The Word of God is saying that there are people, human beings who live among us, spirits that will be in torment forever and when I asked God, God demonstrated it to me. There is one good thing about the gospel that I preach and that is that everything that I asked God about the Word of God, He demonstrated it to me so that I have a picture before me. When we were talking about ultimate reconciliation and how a man can be condemned to hell, to an everlasting hell to burn forever and ever and ever, God showed me a demonstration by sending me a prince of the devils who was in hell for who knows how many years, nobody knows, but he’s been burning there for over 6000 years at least. He said that if God would put him back into heaven, he would only go back to destroy heaven. After burning for 6000 years, he said he would go back for one purpose, to destroy heaven. God showed me that that is the spirit that is ministering to the children, to our children. The spirit of a prince of devils, who would go back to heaven only to destroy heaven. The question that I asked God was, “If you burn a person for a year, wouldn’t he want to say, ‘Let me out of here! I’ll do anything, I’ll repent. I’ll serve You, God.’” Not so. The more they burn, the harder they become, the more they hate God and there is nothing to bring them back to God. Let me tell you, brethren, we have strayed, we have erred and strayed from God like lost sheep, we have gone our own ways, we have done many things wrong, and yet God brought us back to Him. Let us say, “Praise God!” Isn’t that wonderful? This is the hope we have for our brethren, and for people out there, our loved ones who are out there, who we have a hope for that God will bring them back. The reason we were brought is because we have a spirit that is still in touch with the Holy Spirit. Oh, yes, He’ll not let me go, He’ll not let me die. Though I am worthy of death, amen, God will deliver me!

My greatest story of the mercy and the love of God is the story of my mother, my father and my brother. My father was an engineer who loved fun. He was a fun man. He would be making jokes, just fun. He wouldn’t take anything seriously. He loved hunting and fishing, and driving the train, that’s all he loved. All through his life he was like that. God began to deal with him when his engine hit a landslide. The landslide came down in the train line, and he was going at probably 50 or 60 miles an hour, pulling a lot of cars behind him. The engine hit that thing, went up in the air and fell on it’s side on a bank and not a soul was hurt. My father had black hair and the next morning his hair was pure white. His hair was pure white, and so for the latter part of my father’s life, he was a man with white hair. He loved to drink. He loved liquor, the hot Jamaican rum. He used to drive the train into the estates and bring out the rum that nobody could get. It’s so hot that if you put it on your skin, it would burn you. You put water into it and it would foam and bring a heat and the glass was as hot as fire. That’s the type of rum he used to like to drink. I remember all this and it came to a point where we prayed for him. We prayed that God would save him. My brother and I prayed that God would save him. Then he was on his deathbed and my brother went to him and said, “Are you all right with God?” He said, “I’m not sure. I don’t know.” My brother said, “Do you know Jesus as your Savior?” He said, “No.” “Would you like to?” He said, “Yes. Will you tell me about it?” And Frank sat down there with him and led him to the Lord. When his time came to die, he called my mother and my aunt and he said, “Can you sing for me?” They began to sing and she loved to sing, “I Come to the Garden Alone.” While they were singing, he said, “Sing it again,” and they kept on singing, and he said, “Sing. Sing. Sing…” Then he was gone and we knew that God had taken him. Can you imagine that after a man spent all his life having fun, not paying any attention to God, that God’s mercy could reach down to him and save him, because we asked Him?

Now, God told me then that He was going to save my mother. I asked Him for my mother and He said He would save her. Then, one day I was in Fort Lauderdale and He came to me and said, “Give up your mother.” You know what happened? I was holding on. “Lord, let her live.” She was 87 and she got hurt and was dying but I was holding her back. God said, “Give her up.” I didn’t ask any questions; I said, “Yes, Lord. Take her.” So the message came that she had passed, but how did she pass? My sister and everybody was standing around her, and all of the sudden my mother asked, “Do you see Him?” They said, “No, we don’t see Him. Who is it?” She said, “It’s Jesus. He’s standing right here. He’s holding my hand.” And she began to testify of Jesus, and say, “What a wonderful God this is! I have never served Him!” (Of course, none of us is worthy.)

And then, my brother, he was the worst one of all. He was a gang man. You know, a man with his gang doing a lot of bad, terrible things, a gun man and everything. He was an engineer but he was also a gang man. The Lord called me and said, “Go to Jamaica and talk to your brother. Tell him about Jesus.” Now, this brother was like a stone wall. He wouldn’t talk and nobody bothered him because he was just wild. So I went to him and I said, “Hugh, the Lord sent me to tell you about Jesus. Do you have the time?” He said, “Yes.” He sat down. For two hours I sat down and talked to the man, told him about Jesus and told him what Jesus had done for me. He never flinched a muscle, he just sat down looking at me. After I was finished, I said, “Now, I know better than to ask you to pray with me. I want you to go pray by yourself and accept Jesus.” And I left. I went back to the United States. A couple months after that he was poisoned and he started to die. He couldn’t talk and he just died in a short time and I said, “Thank you, Jesus.” Why? I believed God. I believed God! I hadn’t heard. Nobody heard. No testimony. I believed Jesus. So then I finally said, “Lord, what happened to Hugh? I know You must have saved him. You promised me You would save him. You must have saved him.” I looked around and I was in a vision and there was Hugh sitting beside me and he was smiling. I said, “I wanted to hear from God what happened to you.” Now, people talk about dealing with the dead. I don’t deal with the dead. I only deal with living people. The only time I deal with the dead is when I am rebuking a demon. Amen. So, he said that he was there, and that he thought he had a stomach problem. He got some antacid from the doctor but all of a sudden he realized he was dying. He said he tried to talk and he couldn’t talk but he said he felt fire coming up at his feet and he said it was getting hotter and hotter, and he looked and he was sliding down. He looked and he saw a lake of fire just bubbling down at the bottom there and he was sliding down into it and he couldn’t keep himself from sliding down. He looked and saw our mother like she was on a cloud and she was beckoning him to come over, but he couldn’t come over, he was sliding down into this pit. He said he cried out to God. He remembered the Word of the Lord that he had received. He cried out to Jesus Christ to save him and he said that the angels came and lifted him out. Now, somebody may say, “Hey! You’ve had too much pizza! You had a dream.” Amen. I had a dream? I am going to give you the proof of the dream. One night I heard a demon coming. Demons always come to me. Sometimes they get beat up, but this one was pretty strong because he was making me know he was coming. He was making enough sound and racket so that I could be alerted. Now, if ever a devil comes to you, do not get up and feel that, well, you have rebuked ten thousand devils, so you can rebuke him, also. Call to God, cover yourself with the Blood. That’s what I didn’t do. I was too happy to fight him, to rebuke him. So when the thing came, I opened my mouth to rebuke him and couldn’t talk, because spirits do have a power that they can reach out and hold you! You hold people with your hands, they hold you with power. The thing bound me up with power so that my tongue was heavy and my mouth couldn’t bring forth the rebuke. I was there struggling to rebuke it, and my brother stepped right up, and did like this, right before me. As he blocked the power that was coming from the devil, I rebuked this thing! The thing said, “Alright. Since you rebuked me in the name of Jesus, I will go,” and he picked up his equipment and went.

I am telling you things on a level that… I mean, I don’t care if somebody is going to say, “This guy is a sorcerer.” Amen. The people that said I am a sorcerer, they still could not overcome me. Amen. If you have God, and that sorcerer has the devil, you are supposed to be able to overcome him. Amen. So praise be to God.

I am thinking about the judgments of God and we are thinking about what is coming ahead of us. Let me read for you. Verse 14, And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of Man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped(Revelation 14:14-16).

Now, praise be to God. We are going to be facing God, facing a judgment on a level that is above the level on which we live. I don’t know if you understand. Look here, do you know that if I were able to judge everybody sitting down here, it would be so horrible that I would not be able to stand it? Actually, what would happen is that as soon as I started judging you, I would get hit. I would get hit. I would get hit! I would get hit. The reason is, God is going to judge us for what we did not do. Are you there? It’s bad enough to get before a judge and he is going to judge you because you did so-and-so, and the witness said you did this and you did that. But if he could judge you on what you thought, it would be on a level which no human being could stand. This is the judgment of the white throne that we are going to go through. The moment you stand before God, everything in your life comes forth. You thought you were good, you thought you were a nice person and yet you see all the muck that you thought about. You didn’t do it, you just thought about it and it registered in your soul and became a part of your being. Hallelujah. God is saying to us, brethren, if we are going to be judged on that level, let us be judged on that level now. Amen. In other words, you ask the brother to pray, and he says, “Oh, Father, we thank You for Your goodness, and Your wonderful works,” and he prays a lovely prayer that blesses everybody. But what did the brother really want to pray? Let the brother look on the inward part and let him get before God! “Oh God! I am a sinner!” Amen. That would be the prayer. Every time that I get before God, I feel wretched, wretched and undone. Not because I did anything bad that I know of, but because of the thing that is in my flesh that is no good and I can’t get rid of it! So that judgment is not on the natural level. God’s judgment is on the spiritual level, on the level of fullness, and on this level we are guilty! We are all guilty, amen. You know, you talk about fornication and adultery and you look at the people who commit fornication and adultery, and you say, “Mmm. They don’t have any part with us.” But look at yourself, and look at the thoughts that you have to fight tooth and nail to get out of your mind! Amen. Hallelujah. That is the reason in a church setting, where there are men and women, we have to be so careful in how we operate lest the devil get an occasion against us. You have to be careful, because of thoughts. A devil comes in here and he zaps, zaps, zaps, zaps, zaps, and touches people with all kinds of thoughts. Those people who used to go into pornography, it is a horrible, horrible fight to get away from pornography because when you think you get away, all of a sudden in the midst of the service when God is anointing His people, you start to think of the whole congregation as being naked. Oh yes. You see, it is far reaching. These are devils that know how to manipulate the human mind and they manipulate your mind so that you might be carnal, hallelujah. A basis of carnality. You come along, and you greet somebody, and you say something to the person. You have no desire, no evil thought, no wrong desire, but the person is hurt, and he goes away with the hurt. You don’t know that he’s hurt, you had no intention to hurt, and sometimes you had the intention to bless! But because of some carnal thought, the person is hurt. Oh, God, help us! It’s carnality. God said to be carnally minded is death (Romans 8:6).

I know some people who are very fragile. If you have some china, when you pack it, you wrap it in paper, and you pack them and mark on the box, “FRAGILE! DON’T DROP IT!” I see the people of God as fragile. FRAGILE! You dare not be off your guard or else somebody is going to get hurt. “You meant that.” I had a situation. It’s like a joke now, but was horrible. I went to this young lady, and I said, “Alright. Good-bye. I’ll be seeing you now. Now, be good! Now, be good.” She went, “What have you seen me doing?! Did you hear something about me? Did you hear that I was not good? Did you hear that?” I never thought of it! I never thought of it. All I thought of was a phrase, “Be a good girl,” you know what I mean? I ran into that buzz saw! I’m telling you brethren. When we begin to get spiritual, when that mark on our mind begins to sink deeper, we forgive people, if they even mean something bad. Sometimes the shoe is on the other foot, so we have to remember.

Now, the thought that God brought to me about His judgment, well, to me, it is how God’s judgment is terrible. Because, hear this, if God is not going to judge me for what I do as much as for what I think, then I am in trouble. If God’s judgment is going to reach out and God’s righteousness is not about what I did, as much as about what I did not do. Are you with me? The Catholics would say the sin of commission and the sin of omission. I’m going to be judged for the sin of omission as well as for the sin of commission. To be righteous, I could go to bed, shut my door, jump into bed, and sleep all day, and get up and say, “Boy, I’ve been righteous all day! I haven’t done anything wrong!” You know what wrong you did? To go to bed, when you should have been out there, probably winning a soul, you see? So, we are in trouble any way we take it. There is only one righteousness and that righteousness is to do the will of the Father. He said he put in a sickle and he reaped the earth (Revelation 14:16). I am thinking more of the Christian, the vine of the earth. I’m thinking more of the Christian than of the sinner.

So, when we talk about the judgment of God coming to us, coming on the earth, there is a peculiar phrase there. In Revelation chapter 11, and in verse 3, I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy… How?… clothed in sackcloth. Think we’re going to have fun? You think everybody will be in trouble and we’ll be having fun? …Clothed in sackcloth. That means that God is going to give you power to overcome suffering and you will suffer. Do you think John the Baptist had fun? He was out there dancing and having fun, eating locusts and wild honey. How would you like a diet of honey and locusts in the morning and at midday you had a diet of honey and locusts and in the afternoon you had a diet of honey and locusts? It was like when we went to India and we had rice for breakfast, rice for lunch, and rice for dinner. How would you like to have that everyday? And then, you didn’t have a change of clothes, you had a skin of an animal around you and you couldn’t pick and choose as to what color suit you would wear. He wasn’t having any fun, it was hard, but God chose him for that to bring the message and so, I am saying, brethren, that hard times are ahead of us. Whatsoever God tells you to do, do it with all your might now, for hard times are ahead and we’re not going to have any fun time.

In verse 17, as we read, it said, And another angel came out of the temple. We were thinking about the temple, the temple on the three levels. The level of the human temple is the final temple that God is going to come out of. Jesus said, Out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water (John 7:38), and He was talking about Ezekiel’s temple and so, it says, that out of the temple will come judgment. Yes. Out of the temple, and what’s He talking about? He’s talking about the Spirit of God in you that will bring judgment on you first, and on the world, out of the temple.

And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs(Revelation 14:18-20).

The peculiarity of the Word of God is how it matches, matches, matches, like a jigsaw puzzle. You put the pieces together and a picture comes forth. Here we see the winepress in verse 19, And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood… blood, blood. Blood cannot come unless there is death. Somebody must be slain to bring blood. Look in Joel chapter 2 and he says, …and the Lord will pour out His spirit upon all flesh, and so and so, your sons and your daughters shall prophecy. And He said, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke (Joel 2:28-30). Look here, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. Now, that’s not Holy Ghost fire we’re talking about. That’s not the fire of the Spirit we’re talking about. We’re talking about a fire that destroys. Blood. Now, why blood? Why did Joel say, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke? It means that people are going to be killed and then He said again, the moon shall turn into blood (Joel 2:31). The church is going to turn into blood. The church will be bloodied. Oh yes. No joke! People are going to die. What side of it do you want to be on? Do you want to be in the place where they cannot kill you, they cannot touch you until the time is right or do you want to be in the place where you will be among those that are slain? It said, blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth, Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them (Revelation 14:13). Some people will not be able to live it out and God will give them the blessing of dying.

Remember when the atom bomb was blasted in Nagasaki and Hiroshima? I remember I was in New York when the Japanese really surrendered and the spectacle that it presented was something that had never been seen in the earth from the beginning of this world until that day. One massive pillar of smoke, going up from the earth, and it was just sucking everything up from the earth, going up into the heavens and then it blossomed out into a mushroom cloud, like a giant mushroom. Never before, it wasn’t seen on the earth, yet, the Word of God did say that there were going to be pillars of smoke standing in the earth and that word, “pillars of smoke” kind of got me because it was one pillar of smoke that happened in Nagasaki. One happened in Hiroshima and that thing never happened again and God is talking about MANY pillars of smoke. So that means to say that we are going to have an atomic war that will kill humanity by the millions! Yes!

God said to me, “Tell the people to get out of the cities because you don’t want to be caught in the city when the destruction comes.” In Hiroshima and Nagasaki a lot of Christians were delivered. It was so peculiar. A pastor wrote a book, a little book I found in a thrift store marked “Hiroshima.” He said that almost his whole congregation had left the city without knowing, just through circumstances. He said there was one large family in the group, in the church, who went to another city because the grandfather was dying. There was another family who went here, and another one who went there and God spoke to the women of the church and said they must have a prayer meeting at 5:00 in the morning. The women all went down into a basement and there was a prayer meeting in the basement and the pastor himself couldn’t attend the prayer meeting because he had to go up into the mountains to help an old lady to move her things. So he and another brother were going between these two rocks, and all of a sudden they say the whole world seemed to pass by them. They were thrown down to the ground with a pressure, a power that they didn’t understand. They thought it was judgment, it was the end of the world. Amen.

But, this is the spectacle that the Bible paints. It said, the sun shall turn into darkness and the moon into blood (Joel 2:31). On the first level, the sun is up in the sky. On the second level, the sun is Christ Jesus. The moon is the church. Again, the moon turned into blood. Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The moon turned into blood, the sun into darkness and the stars fell from heaven. They are talking about the Sons of God. The Sons of God, many falling. So you see, God showed me the destruction of the Pentecostal church. Yes. The worst part about it, some of the men who are riding high now, great ministers of the television, they are the people I saw in the vision. Amen. He showed me the destruction of the Catholic church and He said He is going to shake the foundations of the Catholic church, and every one who belongs to God will run out of it. So, that means there are people in the Catholic church who belong to God! Sometimes you think of some of those nuns, those poor people who bear the brunt of suffering and give up their lives, they think they were giving up their lives to God. Don’t you think God will have mercy on them? You pray for them! Some of those nuns have taught some of us in their schools, and they have been very good and efficient teachers. Human beings who never had a life, never had a chance to marry and have children, because they believed they were serving God. God takes note of this thing and He says He will shake the Catholic church and the priests will run out and be saved and delivered, and those people who are in bondage. You see in Revelation 18, He talks about the slaves, and the souls of men. They were selling, where is it now? Revelation 18, it says, in the last part of it, verse 23, And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. Looking at verse 13, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. These people have bought and sold men and their souls, and God Almighty says He will bring a judgment and as sure as I’m standing here this morning, the judgment of God will soon come down upon this system, this system that is not a church. It is not a church! It calls itself a church but it’s not a church. It uses up all the resources of the church. Can you imagine what would have happened if all the riches and those resources were being used by the church to save souls, to help people? You are talking about the starving people in Africa, and destruction and distress everywhere. If we had that money that is in those coffers, it is there and it will never, never be of use to humanity. Every day they collect more and more and more and they put it up. You know, one of the things that shocked me in my life, as a young preacher in the Church of God; I was part of a Sunday school where the little children would bring in their little pennies and whatever, and every Sunday school money had to go into… One day I saw the balance sheet, and I was shocked! Billions of dollars were in the balance sheet, being invested on Wall Street! Did you know that all the money collected on a Sunday morning, a certain amount has to go into headquarters? What happens to it? It’s gone into Wall Street. It’s being used to buy and sell stock. This is why the stock market must fall. It must be destroyed because it supports one of the greatest wickedness in the world. The monies from the church collected this morning, Sunday morning, they are going into the stock market tomorrow morning, they are pouring in, and they are building up, building up. Do you know that we understand that the churches now, the organized religions now, they do not have to take up one more cent to run their business? They are getting enough money from Wall Street and their investments. You want to buy a house? They say you have to pay so much interest and you are paying it to these merchants, so they buy and sell humanity. Hallelujah. So this is one of the things God says to the Christian, “You must get out of debt,” and I say, “But how can a Christian get out of debt?” If you live in this world, how can you drive a car or have a house or anything outside of debt? One brother said that God told him that there is a way. What is the way? He said, “If you believe God that you can get out of debt, that is the first step to get out of debt.” Just believe God. “I have no strength, I have no money, I have no ability, I have to live in a house, I have to drive a car, therefore, I am putting it in your hands, God.” He said that God began to send money in, supernaturally and he said that when you start receiving that kind of money, even one dollar, put it against the debt. Keep on because God is going to honor you for doing that! He said that he has known several people who, they didn’t know where the money was going to come from and all of a sudden, somebody died and left some money. They never knew the person, never heard of them in their life, and bam it comes, and they pay off their debt.

So, there is hope, but let our hope be in God. Amen. The one thought I want to leave you with is that the scripture says that if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged (I Corinthians 11:34). Judge yourself. Now, how do you judge yourself? Put yourself before the search light of God and say, “God, I am no good in myself. I would like to be like Jesus, but I’m not like Jesus.” You know, they have a phrase, “What would Jesus do?” It becomes a kind of mockery, because it is a man trying to do what God should do. What would Jesus do? Jesus would submit to the Father. “I cannot help myself. I want You, God, to move in my life, to break my yoke, to set me free, to deliver me and to bring me into that place that is pleasing to You.” You will find God start to do it.

It grieves me to see how carnal we are yet, to be honest with you. We get upset over little things, we are unforgiving to one another, we lack love and love goes along with compassion. Have mercy upon this one! He sounds big and bad to you, but have mercy upon him. Have mercy upon her. God is encouraging us to step forth into the higher dimension, realizing that our judgment is not coming from downstairs, it’s coming from upstairs. Amen.

God, judge me on my thoughts! I’m in trouble! I’m in trouble because some weird thoughts come through sometimes. “No, no, get away, get away. I don’t want you.” But then, next minute another one comes. I don’t know if that is the way with you, but I know it is the way with humanity and we can only control our thoughts by keeping focused on Jesus Christ. He says, Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established (Proverbs 16:3). Just say, “Lord God, I make a commitment with You that this is what I want.” Commit your ways unto the Lord, and He will direct your thoughts. Amen. Praise God. God bless you, brethren.
