I saw that I was in a white car and I was moving quite rapidly down a very narrow street. There was a red car in front of me and I don’t know why I was chasing him, but I was chasing him. All of a sudden, we pulled over and went into a white building. Now, it was quite a large building. He said, “I came to pay the money I owe you.” And I kind of looked at him. He wanted to give me a lot of money. I said, “No, no, no. You don’t owe me this much money.” The sum of the money he gave me was $25.00. Now, I know, you think, “$25.00. That’s not much.” I don’t know if it was him or another man, but as he was walking past me, he said, “Jesus is on the 40th floor.” End of vision. I didn’t recognize anybody, I just know I was in a white car, he was in a red one, and he gave me $25.00 and that “Jesus is on the 40th floor.”

Some of the songs that we sing are prophetic. This song, “Morning is Breaking,” is a prophetic song because we know that we are not there. But we declare it in the Spirit, and we know that which we believe shall be. Amen. We are walking in an area of time that is the fulfillment of the whole Bible. The Bible has been fulfilled to a certain degree, and it comes to the point here that we are going to be the fulfillment of the rest of the Bible. If you don’t believe me, turn to Joel. If you believe me, turn to Joel all the same. J Praise God.
Joel 2:1 “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion….”
You ask the first question, “What trumpet?” The trump of God shall sound and the dead in Christ shall rise (I Corinthians 15:52). That is the trumpet.
Joel 2:1 “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;”
We are in the day of the Lord. We are already in the day of the Lord. That means that the trumpet is blowing.
Joel 2:2 “A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness,….
Can you imagine, in the same sentence it says: “…as the morning spread upon the mountains, ..”
We’re talking about darkness? Then it just puts a comma and says,
Joel 2:2 “A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
It’s a good thing that we can’t understand the Bible when we read it. We just mix everything together, light, and night. The people will be the morning, “..as the morning spread upon the mountains..” – a people, so that there is ordained of God a special people who will be the morning. They are not darkness people, they’re not people who are going to have the shadow of doubt. They are a people born for that purpose and for that point of time. He said there never was a people like that, and there never shall be. Now, it’s difficult for you to think that, “Man, I’m a special thing around here.” It’s hard for you to think that, but God does not want you to think that. He want’s you to be that! You see, He doesn’t want you to think about it, He just wants you to be what He wants you to be. In other words, if you will walk in His way, if you will do His will at this special time, you will become a part of the people.
Now, I heard a brother preaching predestination. He said that before the foundation of the world, your name was written in a certain place and you would be so and so. Let me tell you something, every one of your names has an “if” before it. I-F. He’s giving you the opportunity, He is giving you the privilege, but there is an “if” before it because you can win or you can lose. In other words, you have two destinies before God. He said, ‘This day I set before you a blessing and a curse’ (Deuteronomy 11:26). Amen. We are in a position that, according to how we use what God has given us, we will become what God has ordained for us. If you miss it, God will grab somebody else and put him in the position. That’s what is happening now. So, anybody who says carelessly, “Well, God said that I will be so and so, and if I hear the call that I am one of them, all I have to do is relax.” NO, you had better realize that Jesus is on the 40th floor. (Referring to the vision that Brother Peter Schneider had just shared.) Yes, that’s where the tribulation is, you have to get there. God is giving you all the power, all the privilege to be there and He’s also giving you the privilege of not being there! You are going to find all the temptations, all the things your soul desires. You are going to find them pulling you the other way, and the type of person Jesus wants there are those who will overcome.
In overcoming, the first thing a man has to overcome is himself. The enemy is within. This morning, Brother David said that the enemy is part of your own household. I’ll tell you, it’s part of your own entrails. He is inside of you! You have to overcome that you in you, the things you desire, the things you want. God tole me, “Desire nothing. You’ll be a winner.” All the girls who desire a wonderful husband, and all the boys who desire a wonderful wife should make their first desire Jesus Christ and the mark of the high calling in Jesus Christ. He will give you the wife, He will give you the husband, but and if your aim and your desire is only the wife or the husband, you are choosing less than what God has ordained for you.
He said the day of the Lord cometh. He said the morning shall be upon the mountains and we sing the song, “Morning is Breaking.” Morning is breaking, and we’re not talking about the natural morning, we are talking about this morning of God’s presence in us. Is the light coming forth in you? Is the power of the light going to separate the darkness and push the darkness out of you?
The other night I thought of what the hypnotist did to my cousin and to the brother sitting here who testified that a hypnotist hypnotized him. The hypnotist put the brother’s head on one chair and his feet on the other, and suggested to his mind that he was a piece of steel. The hypnotist then got a big, grown man to stand on top of the brother, while his head was on one chair and his feet were on the other chair. Then the man was ordered to jump! The man jumped on him and his body behaved like a piece of steel. Have you ever considered the power of God that is in you? We have been fooling around for a long time. God wants us to begin to get up and to use that power. Stop doubting. If this is what God wants you for, then command it to come! It must come, have no doubt. If you have a doubt, then you don’t believe!
So, the type of faith God is calling for in us now is a faith that says, “I am the light.” Remember, Jesus looked at the disciples and said, “I am the light of the world,” and within two verses He said, “You are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14, John 8:12). Do you know why? He said that He is going away and leaving, He’s preparing a place for you, that where He is, you shall be. If ;you are carnal, you are going to say, “Well, it means that because He is in heaven, I’m going to go to heaven.” That’s not what He said. He didn’t say where He will be, but where He is right then and there. He was on earth and in heaven at the same time and He was saying, “I am in heaven and you shall be there also, because I have prepared a place for you.” In other words, “I’m stepping out and ordering you to step in and be the light of the world.”
I’ve never seen light behave like darkness. Light drives away darkness. We have got to walk in the light. I said, “What is the light?” ‘If we walk in the light as He is in the light, you will have fellowship one with another and the Blood of Jesus Christ cleanses you’ (I John 1:7). What does that mean? It means that when you were walking in the light you weren’t clean. The light began to show all the dirt, but you were walking in light. If you need cleansing after you are walking in the light, it means that you weren’t clean when you started walking in the light. “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” So, the Blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all darkness, or sin, which is darkness.
He said:
Joel 2:2b “….even to the years of many generations.”
v.3 “A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.”
God is talking about us having absolute power. Remember, when Jesus was about to leave, He said to His disciples, “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth” (Matthew 28:18). I heard someone say, “What we bind on earth is bound in heaven,” and he took it one step further. It was a little surprising to me. He said, “What we bind in heaven is bound on earth.” did you hear that? Yes, I heard that and I said, “Yes, that’s a revelation, that we have the power to bind and to loose, because all power is given unto us and it says, ‘You go preach the gospel.’” That means that while you are preaching the gospel, you have all power. Now, somebody believes that preaching the sospel is to come up here and take out a text and give a message on it. That’s not what I mean when I say, “Preach the gospel.” You must be ‘epistles seen and read of all men’ (2 Corinthians 3:2). Those who can’t read will see you and they will see Jesus. God is asking you to so purify yourselves that you become transparent. The reason is that He is recruiting an army. He’s not discriminating. Whatever you did yesterday can be forgiven today. He’s not discriminating. He’s asking you to surrender all today, and be part of God’s holy army and “nothing shall by any means hurt you,” (Luke 10:19).
God is speaking to us. Let us look at Revelation 11:3. We are talking about an army, and we are talking about an army marching to victory, but somebody believes that, “Oh, we’ll have a picnic.” We are not going to be having a “picnic”.
Revelation 11:3 “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.”
Now, we have a feeling that prophecy must be someone who gets up and says, “Thus saith the Lord God,” and he says so and so and so and he tells you all the things that are going to happen tomorrow and the day after. But what God is talking about is that the Spirit of Christ is the spirit of prophecy. So, if you have Jesus Christ radiating out of you, you have become an instrument of prophecy, a prophetic being, walking and talking.
Remember that God told me not to make jokes, but I was full of jokes and always had a joke to make. I went up to somebody and shook hands with him and said, “So and so.” It was dead on. I was joking. He wasn’t joking, because I was talking about his business and rebuking him, of which I did not know until afterwards. It means that the spirit of prophecy is in you and you have to be careful of what you say, because what come out of your mouth is going to be prophetic in nature.
There is a movement, a radiation. You have become part of the morning. If someone is sitting in darkness, you don’t have to go argue with him for two hours to convince him about a scripture. As you come before him, he will get a revelation in his soul of the truth! And you will be correcting people and you will be bringing deliverance to people without knowing it. So, it is not everything that you know that you can talk! You had better be careful what you talk! Do you understand what I am saying? Oh my Lord, you could create such havoc if you talked the truth to somebody prematurely!
Elijah went to Hazael. Elijah went to this man and he started to weep. He couldn’t help himself. He was just weeping, and the man said, “What? Why are you weeping like that?” He said, “Because I see you as a murderer. You are going to kill the women with children. You are going to kill a lot of my people in Israel.” The man said, “Am I a dog? Am I a dog that I should do such an awful thing?” He said, “Yes, you are a dog. You are going to do it.” The man didn’t know he was going to do it, but the moment that he left the prophet, he went straight and killed his master. Yes, he took over the kingdom and he did exactly as the prophet saw (2 Kings 8). the prophet wept and told him. did it do him an good? It didn’t do him any good. As far as I know, it only established the prophecy of Elijah. It did not do him an ounce of good. He went ahead and killed and tore them up because he looked over his shoulder, you see. He looked over his shoulder in time and he saw what he was going to be. That thing was already set. It was already set, it couldn’t be changed. But there are some things that you see that you are not supposed to talk until a certain time, when the time comes.
Each person has a destiny. there is something that God wants you to do and there is something that god does not want you to do. You have actually two ways to go. “If you will hear My voice, if you will hearken to My voice, you will be so and so and so. If you will not, you will be so and so.” But in the midst of that, you have the Alpha and the Omega. It’s a weird situation. You know what the person is going to do, yet you are encouraging the person to do something else. Do you know why? Because God must give you the opportunity. You cannot be judged unless you receive the opportunity of doing this or doing that. Then your judgment is right in the middle there. You can only be judged by God when you manifest. Do you know that God could take a baby when it is just born and put that baby in heaven? Without that baby doing anything? He could put him straight into heaven. Or He could put him into hell, and god would be just and righteous in doing it, because God knew what that child was going to do. God saw him before he was born and down in the corridors of time, God looked and saw what you were doing.
But then, God has given you the power to change your destiny. “Because I have bad blood, because I was born a killer and so and so and so.” It doesn’t mean that I have to be a killer. The reason is that God cannot condemn you to be something and then judge you for being what He condemned you to be. That is the principal where the devil comes in. Satan could have been a mightier angel than he was in heaven, for there was growth among the angels. He could have been more mighty, but what? He chose, and the worst part about it was that he did not choose by ignorance. Some of the things we choose are because we are ignorant. He did not choose by ignorance, but he chose with knowledge. He looked and he saw himself entwined in humanity, king of the earth. He told himself that he had enough power to hold every one of us here as a slave forever. God tried to convince him, but he wanted to be king and he was going to seize the kingdom at the first opportunity. His opportunity came in the garden of Eden. It was an unfair fight. Amen. A human being was matched up with Satan. Adam could have overthrown Satan if he had been whole, but he was a part of a man and the woman was the other part. God separated the weaker part, the most emotional part. He separated that to one side and gave the man the other side. So, Satan had the opportunity because of their lack of knowledge. Did you know that they didn’t know that there was anything named devil or sin? Had he known that there was a devil or sin, he would have been watching. But he didn’t know. Can you imagine? You live in a realm where there has never been a sin, there has never been wickedness. Why would he have to watch Eve? “We are free, we are masters of the garden. Masters of everything on earth that moves, we can command everything to obey. Why would I have to be watching? You only watch where there is danger.” There was no danger as far as he knew. Except the tree that they should not touch, and he felt sure that she wouldn’t touch it. But you know the scripture said that Eve did not touch the tree willfully (I Timothy 2:14). It says that she was mesmerized, did you now that? The word translated “deceived” means mesmerized, completely gone. Maybe when she woke up to herself, she found herself eating the fruit, because Satan had cast a spell over her and he could not have done that with the man! He knew it, and so we find that sin came in, and he believed now that he had a foothold. Satan had incorporated humanity. The very blood of the woman became sinful. That means that the child she had was going to be a sinner.
Have you ever thought of the situation? That is the reason why your child behaves like you. You have not only endowed the child with a physical likeness, your image and your likeness, but you have endowed the child with a souls that is like yours. The soul was contaminated, and the first man that was born got a heavy charge of sin. Your fist children will always have that heavy charge of sin. Your first son or daughter will always have that heavy charge of sin, and when I say sin, I mean family sin. They will look like the family, they will behave like the family, they will be like the family. Redemption comes through Jesus Christ.
Satan did not understand the power of the Blood. So when God said that He had a people who were in the sides of the north, He was speaking of those who would be redeemed by His Blood and from hell. Turn with me to Psalm 48:1. He says:
Psalm 48:1 “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.”
Amen? We are not talking about natural places now, but about a spiritual city where God dwells in you and you and you. God dwells in us. A city is sitting down here this afternoon, the city of God, the Jerusalem of God. The New Jerusalem is sitting down right here.
He said:
- 2 “Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.”
You are the Mount Zion of god. Zion is the seventh letter in the Hebrew alphabet, and Zion is the perfection of the beauty of God. Where is it? I mean I see a lot of pretty people before me, but I don’t see an abundance of the glory of god. Where is it? Jesus was looking over their heads. The Spirit of god was looking over their heads. He was seeing the beauty down there, what you shall be. For we know not what we shall be, but what we know if that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him (I John 3:2). He’ll become a mirror; when we look at him, we will see ourselves. Phillip said to Jesus, “Show us the Father. We would love to see the Father.” Do you know what Phillip was thinking of? That he was going to take his natural eyes and see the Father. Amen. Those eyes would be burnt out if you could see the Father. You can’t see the Father. Jesus said, “Well, if you want to see the Father, look at Me.” He said, “Look at Me. Look at Me and you’ll see the Father.” Jesus Christ was coming forth, the radiation of the glory of God. It’s not hard brethren. It is not hard. Do you hear me?
Up the street here, in West Palm Beach, many years ago, we had a sister who felt in her heart that she should be able to see Jesus. “How can I see God? How can I force myself into God?” So, there was a Jewish brother here in the group in West Palm and he told her, “You know, sister, you begin to call Him. Just to call Him. Call Him, keep calling Him and you’ll see Him.” Now, I don’t know where they got that, but the sister began to say, “Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.” After a day or two, she became hysterical. I mean, I’m just using terms that you can understand. I just felt that she got locked in to something. But they said that she became hysterical and she couldn’t stop saying “Jesus.” She wouldn’t stop saying, “Jesus.” She wouldn’t eat, she wouldn’t drink, and she wouldn’t do anything. She just kept saying, “Jesus,” so her husband came to us. He was terrified; his wife had gone over the deep end. “She is saying, ‘Jesus,’ and she can’t stop.”
He switched on the television and told her, “Come sit down with me.” So he put her beside him, and turned on the television so that she could look at the television. But she was just looking, she wasn’t there. She said that as she looked at the television, Jesus appeared behind the television. He had on an ephod like the priest wears and He began to beckon her to come, come. So she got up to go to Him and she looked back at the chair and saw herself still sitting in the chair. So, she went behind the television to Jesus. She had fellowship with Jesus there behind the television while her husband was looking at the television. Then the husband said, “All right, come, let’s go to bed,” and she went back into herself actually and got up and went to the room. She said that the thought came into her mind, “You know, you don’t have to go in through the door.” So she decided to go through the wall, and she walked right through the wall and went to her bed. So she got into bed and it was very curious to her, “Why didn’t I go through the bed like I went through the wall?” The Lord made her to understand, “Because you didn’t will to go through the bed. You willed to lie down on the bed and that’s why the bed sustained you. You willed to walk through the wall, that’s why you did it.”
So she slept, and woke up in the morning and said, “Well, I wonder if I could walk through the wall again this morning?” You need to notice the thought pattern now. She was in the Spirit last night, but she was thinking now, “Maybe like how I went through the wall last night, I can go through the wall today.” She had a rude awakening. She couldn’t go through the wall. The wall gave her a bump.
So, we are talking about the sons of God on the sides of the north.
Psalm 48:
3 “God is known in her palaces for a refuge.
4 “For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.
5 “They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away.
God is talking about Zion, and God is saying, “Out of Zion shall come the deliverer” (Romans 11:26; Psalm 50:2; Psalm 110:2;). The deliverer shall come out of Zion, and somehow or the other, it has a natural connotation because it was out of the Zion company of David that Jesus came. But that word still goes on, because out of this Zion company, this army that God is ordaining, will come the deliverer. Let us turn to Matthew and see if we can match truth with truth.
Matthew 24: 21 “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.”
Now, God showed me that the tribulation would get worse and worse every year through these 40 years. Then it is supposed to be in the year 2008 that it is to be the worst year that the earth has ever seen. “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved:” (Matthew 24:22). But, listen to this, “For Zion’s sake,” “but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” So then, it is a fact that God is going to use a people to deliver the people. God is going to use a people to deliver His people. Do you understand where you stand? The church is in three parts divided. The Outer Court church is being crushed by the world. Blood is coming out from the altar. The Holy Place is being possessed by the devil and those in the Holy of Holies are the only hope for those who are in the Outer Court and in the Holy Place. So the, God is ordaining you as His arm of ministry to the rest of the world. I mean, we talk it so much, and hear it so often, but it seems as if some of us don’t really believe it. Maybe if we talk it long enough, maybe the reality of this truth might come into your hearts.
What God is saying was that Israel was about ready to go into battle. All of Israel was God’s army, but god said, “I cannot win with all these. Too many!” He cut them down, and he cut them down, and we look around and see them falling on many sides. Three hundred left. How would you like the army of America to come down to three hundred to fight the hosts of the world that it was up against? Three hundred were left and God was going to create a miracle army! Yes, a miracle army (Judges 7).
Let me show you the first miracle. He told them to cover up the light in earthen vessels. They see a little man, they see a little woman, see a little child. “They are no good. We are the great thing here, they are nothing.” they say. They cover up the light of God, the glory of God is encased into human flesh. We are covered up. The thing that is in you cannot be seen. Then he said, “Go. Divide yourself into three groups. Three groups of one hundred, one to the side on the east, one to the north, and the one on the south, because you have to leave the west for them to run. You see, he didn’t surround them right around because they would have found out that it was only one hundred men. He said, “Now, shout and take your swords and break the jars, and then all of a sudden the light will com forth.” What is the pattern? Look at the pattern.
I am showing you something that God is doing right now! First of all, you are nondescript. Nobody pays much attention to you. You are few, nothing, and then suddenly when the midnight hour comes, and the time of battle comes, this flesh will be stripped away. Do you think it will be painful? Yeah? They are putting you up on the 40th floor. You will lose your carnality. That will be a painful situation. You lose your ability to choose what you want to do in the natural, and you become an instrument, a light in the world.
Now, they looked that way and they saw this light, and I do believe that god expanded the light. That’s where the miracle comes in. The first miracle is that what they saw was not all there. God made them see much more than what was there in the natural; they probably saw the heavenly host with them. But the glory that they saw in the east told them, “Boy, we had better run west.” Then they looked, and in the north was the same glory, and in the south, and they had to run in one special direction. Amen. That is a miracle of God, that your light will be so great to those who will come up against you that they will be terrified by the power of your light. But, you have to believe. You have to believe! You have to begin to believe! They said, “God, I believe, help thou my unbelief” (Mark 9:24)!
You don’t know what to pray about? Pray about your wretchedness. Go before god and pray about your wretchedness, that you have seen the light and you realize that you are wretched. Then your light will have one thousand times its glow. It will be a thousand-watt bulb. Coming together, you will be so bright that the world will see the brightness of God in you. It says, “The morning upon the mountains” (Joel 2:2).
Then, the next miracle is that they couldn’t discern their enemies from their friends. They were cutting down one another in the terror. So, then, God put a terror in the hearts of people. I mean, I’m telling you this and I’ve seen it happen. People begin to say that this man must be some great sorcerer. This man is some great sorcerer, they are afraid of me. I can remember once when a man came against me, and this man was a spiritual person. He tried everything that he could do, all of the natural things that he could think of to do. He went to my boss and complained bitterly against me about how I hated the church, and I was against his church, and he put my name upon the headline of a newspaper how I hated his church and I was against his church. My bosses began to get rough with me and carry on, and I said nothing to them. While they were doing that, one of the heads of a department in one section of the agricultural department in the government noticed me. I didn’t know that he was watching me, but he was watching the diligence with which I was working. do you know what was happening? I was working automatically and I was away in glory land. I was praying and I didn’t realize that it was twelve o’clock – lunch time. Everybody was gone for their lunch time and I was there checking, checking, auditing the books. I forgot, I was enjoying god and this man was watching me. So he came to the department and said, “I want this man to work for me.? So, the persecution that they brought on me gave me a promotion! He promoted me to head accountant in that department of government. Amen.
Of course, God had something different for me. Amen. The man who came against me was determined, and he was a great hypnotist. One day I was standing in line at the bank. I looked across to the other line and this man was standing over there. This man was about 6 feet, 6 inches tall. He was a very tall man and he had very large eyes. He stepped out of line, came over to me, started looking at me, and just kept staring at me. I’m talking about in the bank! Have you ever seen tow cocks get together for a fight? I was holding up the line there, so I stepped out of the line and both of us were standing there in the middle of the bank glaring at each other. I was looking at him and pleading the Blood of Jesus. While I was there, the man finally clutched his head (coming out of his daze) and went back into his line. Believe you me, brethren, that was a victory. Neither the man nor I knew what that did, but it broke the power of the spirits that he was using. So, he decided to have a great big fair. He was going to raise money now to build a church right beside my little shed. He was going to drive me out of town by this. He hired a whole train to transport people, and got all the people from Kingston to go to Montego Bay and have a good time. They raised tons of money, and were coming back with the money. That night I was coming back from church and God said, “Go to the railway track.” I heard this train coming when I went to the railway track. I have seen trains move in America and in other places.
I have seen trains where you only see a blur and you can’t discern anything. I don’t know if you guys know about those days when they had the trains with the large wheels. They would move at one hundred and twenty miles an hour across the United States. I went there to see this train, and what I was I had never seen before. My father was a railway engineer, and I used to live on the train with him during holidays. He told me that the tracks in Jamaica could not take more than ninety miles an hour. He said if a train exceeded ninety on that track it would derail.
This train was moving at maybe one hundred miles an hour. I could not discern between the train cars; it was just a light that passed me. The Spirit of God cried out in me, “Oh God, have mercy on my brother!” Why? I don’t know. I don’t know why I cried out for God to have mercy on my brother, but by the time I got back out to the road I heard this great explosion, and I saw the glow in the sky. The train had crashed at the curve about four miles down the hill. We went down there and all day we were hauling the dead out of the telescoped coaches. This man and the nuns and all the money were swept out. There were people there gathering money. Blood and money mixed together. It was the most awful sight; over four hundred people lost their lives. The train exploded like a bomb, and it was scattered all over many acres of land. Human pieces all over.
I tell you that story to tell you this. The victory was given to me. The man lived. Many died, but he lived, and one day I was walking through a short cut instead of going around the road. I went through a narrow lane and as I was going through the lane I saw this man coming. When he saw me, he turned back and ran. I don’t know what he saw. I didn’t do him anything, but I believe that the glory of God goes with you, brethren. If your mind is stayed on god, the glory of God shines through you and every devil in hell sees it! Oh yeah, every devil in hell sees it!
I’ve seen a man who was one of Jamaica’s greatest sorcerers. He was greater than Benny Hinn! What did I say wrong? What I meant, brethren, is that he would wave his hand and people would turn over. I saw him wave his hand one day and a car turned over with everybody in it. You understand. So, I mean that I have seen these things. It wasn’t only Benny Hinn that I’ve seen blowing on people. Remember, I was working at a farm and I was in the office. God said to me, “Get up and go down; go take a walk.” It’s strange that God doesn’t tell you these things! If you don’t do what God says, you are a loser, and you don’t even know that you lose! So, I was walking down to the stable, taking a walk, stretching my legs. I had been sitting at the desk all day, so I was stretching my legs. I saw a man before me, and this man was gazing at me like this. He was a stranger, so I was walking down to say hello to him. I was coming to tell him hello, but he was going backwards. As he was going backwards he was saying, “I see, I see, I see.” When I went to the stable, I asked “Who is that?” They said, “Don’t you know who that is? That is the great DeLissa Newmai! That is the man who the whole island of Jamaica is afraid of.” And God said, “Everything he puts, you pull.” I was only doing God’s work. I didn’t know I was pulling something, but God said, “Whatsoever you loose on earth is loosed in heaven” (Matthew 16:19; 18:18;).
I am speaking to you so that you might get jealous. Not zealous! Jealous! Some people get zeal and they run and do all kinds of wrong things. Get jealous of godliness, for this is our only hope! God is calling those people who will make it. If you really, really want to make it, do what I tell you to do! Keep your minds stayed on God. I noticed Brother Gordon made some Bible discs. He has three discs that contain the whole Bible. That thing can play all day. Put it in your work place. Where ever you are, let it play! Let your mind remain on God. It will pay off, it will come out through your spirit. Your mind stayed on God. You cannot keep your mind on God unless you have help. Did you know that? You have to have help. I get up in the morning and I hear a song singing in my heart and I sing and sing and sing. Somebody says, “I’m talking to you, but you are singing,” and I say, “I’m sorry, I didn’t know I was singing.” I didn’t know I was singing, but you get a song in your5 heart and the song keeps on you all day and sometimes you go to your bed and it is there all night. Yes! Keep your mind stayed on God! There are a lot of things that you could think about. A lot of things that are troublesome, they bother you, a lot of worries, a lot of things that you could be doing. Keep your minds stayed on God. This will lift you up; this will really lift you up. This will lift you out of darkness, out of trouble, out of problems. You’re worrying about so and so. “I’m worrying that I can’t find this thing. I’m looking for it. I’m distressed. I want to find it,” but all of a sudden I hear myself singing a song. Yes, it happens. Keep you mind on God.
He said He’s going to choose a Gideon three hundred, and He’s not going to discriminate. If you drink water in the right way, you will be one among them. Now, that three hundred will defeat the enemy for the whole church. So, you see what they are doing. You don’t like what they are doing, but let the love of god be in you for the people of God, and God will lead you through. But we have problems. We have problems. In Joel Chapter 2, it says that none of these will hurt one another. He said that;
Joel 2:
10 “The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
11 “And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for his is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?”
He is saying that. Let me tell you a truth, that in these years of 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008, we are going to be put to the maximum test. God is going to test us in all things so that those who fail will fall out, and those who pass will become that army that God is seeking.
Let’s look at it again. Verse 11,”The LORD shall utter his voice before his army:” That means that the power of the spoken word will come to this people. Go back to Revelation, the power of the spoken word. You see, Jesus said, “the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63). And the words that you speak, they are also Spirit and they should be life. He said, “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth” (Revelation 11:3). That means you will be in tribulation. It’s not going to be easy. It’s going to be suffering, so if you are afraid of suffering, then you are not going to make the army. You will have to suffer. That’s why I think Brother Peter Schneider had the vision of the 40th floor. Forty is the number of tribulation and suffering. The word says in:
Revelation 11:5 “And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.”
Can you understand what we are reading about? Not that you’re going to go spitting out fire like a dragon, but the words of your mouth will be like fire. You speak it and it will be done! God is speaking of a people who have become absolutely obedient to the Spirit of the living God, who will be able to speak the Word and it is done!
Every one of us here has spoken something that happened. Remember? Do you remember? You spoke it and it happened. You become responsible. That’s why, when we see the negative, we should not speak it. Now, I don’t know if you understand. The negative is all around us. It is all around us! Any positive thing that happens to me, I can think of the negative. “Suppose so and so!” I could always find the negative to shroud a positive, but God wants us to speak the positive! You don’t have to see it. Speak it because god has given us the power of creating. Yes! Over your children, speak the positive. “You shall be a son of God.” “You shall walk in righteousness.” Yes, when you do that, the angel of the Lord comes and He does that.
You notice that in Joel it says that there is a trump of God and the voice of the archangel. You look in Revelation 12 and you see what He says there. Verse 7, “there was war in heaven.” Now, when you talk about war, you are talking about an army. You are talking about a captain, a general. You know, one day I was praying and I heard the word, “Captain of the host of God.” I heard the word, “Captain of the host of God,” and the captain does not come until it is time for war. When Joshua saw the captain of the host of God, the captain said, “Take off your shoes from off your feet,” and Joshua bowed down and worshiped Him (Joshua 5:13-15). We are talking about Jesus Christ Himself. Joshua would not have been able to worship an angel. It must have been Jesus, so Jesus Christ is the captain of the host.
Revelation 12:
7 “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 “And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.”
So then, what we are looking for to happen is that the strongholds, I want you to hear me now, the strongholds that Satan has in you, in your lives, from your ancestors, these strongholds will be broken down! Amen! Amen! He said that they were cast out of heaven. Satan and his angels were cast out of heaven. Now, look! The eternal realms of God, where the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost are, is called heaven. Then you have another place where the angels Michael and Gabriel are, and you call that heaven, too. That is where Heylel was. Then you have the third heaven which you call heaven, also, but where Peter, James, and John and all these men are, and those with their bodies and those without their bodies and angels are also in this third heaven realm. But Satan is not in any of those! Satan is not in any of those! So, which realm is left for Satan to occupy and to be cast out of? He has been cast out of those. I don’t want to say “occupy”. Where are the realms of heaven where he has a little residence or maybe a room or a little corner that he is hiding in? It is like how you have a house and you have some rats in the house. You don’t want to say that the rats occupy the house. You know what I means. The rats are only trespassing, but they are there. Now, the Word of God says that he will be cast out and there will be no more place found! NO rat hole, no place for ants, no place for bugs anymore. The exterminator will take them completely out of that house. Are you with me?
Now, he said they were cast out, and where did they go? Verse 9:
Revelation 12:9 “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:”
He was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out there with him. So, therefore, the carnal realm and the carnal man are going to have an influx of devil power. Yes. That’s why the Lord said that the four angels from the river Euphrates rise up to go and gather the nations to the battle of Armageddon (Revelation 9:14). See, so there is going to be a gathering outside there. Satan will leave you alone because he is afraid of you. I remember the one time in my life when I couldn’t sleep at night because devils were attacking, attacking, attacking. But God gave me the wisdom to cast them into the abyss, and for a year or two, I was casting devils into the abyss. God made me to understand that when you cast out a devil and cast him into the abyss, Satan immediately sends you another devil to pretend that you did nothing, to discourage you. “Oh, you are doing nothing,” but God told me to keep casting them out. I’m telling you, by this time Satan would have run out of devils if he hadn’t stopped sending them, and started keeping them away from me.
Sometimes he will try and creep in when he believes that you do not know that he’s there. So, if you will understand your position in God, you will begin to know that the trump of God and the voice of the archangel, Michael, are sounding and that it is sounding to cast the devils out of you, the Kingdom of God. That is the first step.
Now, if you find devils in you, don’t rest on it! Don’t rest on it! Begin to move against them. Cast them out. They shall find no place in you. This is the season! We are talking about open season on the devil. Amen. This is the season to cast devils out of yourself, out of your thoughts, out of your behavior, out of your minds. You might catch yourself behaving badly. When you catch yourself behaving badly, don’t make any excuses. Just cast him out! I don’t want you, devil! I have no part or lot with you! Amen. Praise be to God.
So, the army of God is being recruited and you who desire to be part of the army of God, just tell God, just tell God, just tell God. Just talk to Him. Tell Him, “I want to be like Jesus.” Amen? “I want to be like Jesus.” Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Praise God! Amen?
